Max 900 High Load Damp Proof Course (DPC) is meticulously engineered for exceptional durability and performance – meeting the rigorous standards of BSEN 14909:2012
Specifically designed to safeguard against water ingress, it provides exceptional moisture control, even in demanding construction projects with high structural loads
Additionally, it is tested for radon gas resistance, seamlessly complementing our range of radon protection solutions
To ensure best building practice, lay the DPC in one continuous piece or seal joints with recommended tape and a 150mm overlap
Its reliable design supports a dry cavity through weep vents and provides long-lasting protection when sandwiched between mortar layers
